We have a limited quantity of 49 Star Silk Flags available at a special price of $50 for 50 of them...that's a low $1 each! These were removed from damaged sticks. They measure 8” x 12” and are
in excellent condition, circa 1959. They have tiny holes in left side corners where they were
once attached to a flimsy stick. This is barely
noticeable and does not detract from these beautiful flags.
These would be ideal for wall decor, party favors, promotions, give-aways,
decorative banners, craft projects, etc.
This is a rare form of the US flag. Alaska, the 49th state, entered the union on
January 3, 1959. Hawaii, the 50th state, obtained statehood on August 21, 1959. The
49 star flag was officially used only between July 4, 1959, and July 4, 1960.
